Refund policy

We want you to love your Electro experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange for any Electro bottle within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A photo of your order number (order confirmation, or receipt)

  • A clear photo of the products you wish to return or exchange

Once we receive and review your photos, we will contact you with the next steps.


Conditions

To ensure a smooth process:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition

  • Opened or consumed bottles may not be eligible for full refunds, but we will review each case individually

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Exchanges will be shipped after your return is approved
