We want you to love your Electro experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
You may request a refund or exchange for any Electro bottle within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:

A photo of your order number (order confirmation, or receipt)

A clear photo of the products you wish to return or exchange
Once we receive and review your photos, we will contact you with the next steps.
Conditions
To ensure a smooth process:

Products must be returned in their original condition

Opened or consumed bottles may not be eligible for full refunds, but we will review each case individually

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges will be shipped after your return is approved
